Yinson Production is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kalina Berova to our Board of Directors. Bringing over 20 years of global investment and risk management experience, Ms. Berova currently serves as Managing Director, Partnership Portfolio at @ British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), where she leads fund investments and co-investments across private credit, structured credit and other fund strategies. BCI is one of Canada’s largest institutional investors, with approximately CA$300 billion in assets under management. 

Her background in alternative assets includes managing strategies across hedge funds, private equity, and co-investments at OMERS, building on earlier work in portfolio construction and risk management at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. 

Ms. Berova’s deep expertise in global credit strategies and risk management will be invaluable as Yinson Production continues to execute its long-term growth strategy.
