Yinson Production Ghana hosted the second edition of its Mentoring and Guiding Session at the Takoradi Operations Base, welcoming approximately 140 senior high school and undergraduate students who are beneficiaries of the company’s scholarship programme. 

The session brought together leaders from across Yinson Production Ghana, including senior management and functional specialists, alongside representatives from the Ghana Education Service. Speakers shared practical perspectives on personal development, life skills, leadership, academic excellence, and career readiness, providing students with guidance beyond academic learning. 

The engagement reflects Yinson Production Ghana’s continued commitment to youth development and education, supporting students with the knowledge, exposure, and confidence needed to succeed in their studies, careers, and future contributions to society.
