Mr Flemming Guiducci Grønnegaard joined Yinson Production as Chief Operating Officer in 2015 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2020. He brings over 20 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas and shipping sectors.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Prior to Yinson, he held senior roles with Teekay Shipping and the A.P. Moller Group.

Mr Jahn Atle Høgberg was appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2023, after joining Yinson Production as Senior Vice President Business Development in August 2015.

Mr Høgberg has more than 25 years of experience in offshore oil and gas. Prior to joining Yinson Production, he held various positions of increasing seniority with BW Offshore, Hamworthy and Arconova. He holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr Markus Wenker was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Yinson Production in December 2022.

Mr Wenker has more than 20 years of experience in banking and corporate finance with a focus on the maritime industry. Prior to joining Yinson Production, he was Chief Financial Officer of FSL Trust Management and held various positions of increasing seniority with Hellenic Bank and HSH Nordbank.

Mr Wenker is a certified banker and holds a Bachelor Professional of Banking from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a B.A. in European Business Administration and Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) from Euro-FH and an MBA from Hult International Business School.

Mr Laurence Shepherd joined Yinson Production as Vice-President of Projects & Controls in 2015 and was appointed Chief Project Officer in April 2023. He brings over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston University.
