Yinson Production is pleased to introduce its new Board of Directors, established following the successful closing of the previously announced USD 1 billion investment by a consortium comprising a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), and funds managed by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) and RRJ Group (RRJ).<\/p>

The appointment of the Board of Directors is another important step in Yinson Production\u2019s evolution as one of the leading companies in the offshore energy industry. As we drive the further strategic expansion of Yinson Production, the new Board of Directors strengthens our governance and leadership \u2013\u00a0 to ensure we are well-positioned to capture new opportunities and deliver world-class offshore production solutions in support of our client\u2019s needs.<\/p>

The new Board consists of: Mr Lim Chern Yuan (Non-Executive Chairman), Tan Sri Dato\u2019 (Dr) Wee Hoe Soon (Independent Non-Executive Director), Dato\u2019 Mohamad Nasir bin Ab Latif (Independent Non-Executive Director), Mr Flemming Guiducci Gr\u00f8nnegaard (Executive Director), Mr Chai Jia Jun (Non-Executive Director), Mr Eirik Arne Wold Barclay (Non-Executive Director), Mr David Sidney Colin Dobell (Non-Executive Director), Mr Huseyin Mehmet Tarzi (Non-Executive Director), Mr Richard Ong Tiong Sin (Non-Executive Director), and Mr Alan Ngo Tai Chuan (Non-Executive Director).<\/p>
